Single tracks and 4 track EP's are normally returned within 1 working day of us receiving your order.

Album sessions are longer so they will be booked in asap and you will be informed of the day.

Streaky is the only mastering engineer at Streaky mastering so you will get Streaky working on your track only.

Yes, you are more than welcome to come to our mastering room at Pinewood Studios to work with Streaky in person.

Please choose the service you require, then you will be then moved to a secure payment page where you need to put in your card details including name, number, expiry date and security code.

We accept the following: Paypal, Master Card, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Connect, Visa, Solo, Maestro. 

Please note that you will be charged the GBP price as presented on the website.

Yes, Streaky is happy to make any changes required until you are 100% happy with the sound.

Yes, Streaky will be in touch via email to tell you when your track is scheduled for mastering (normally within 24hours).

Streaky will also contact you if he starts to master and thinks a mix tweak would be good to achieve a better finish.

Please leave as much headroom as possible. Make sure that the track isn't clipping and going into the reds.

WAV or AIFF please. 

Uncompressed stereo with a bit depth of at least 16bit, ideally 24bit and a sampling frequency of 44.1kHz up to 96kHz. No pre-processing using limiting or normalising – we need as much headroom as possible to work with to make sure that your tracks sound as good as possible when we master it. 

Please note Track duration must be no longer than 10 minutes.

Each version or mix of a track will be charged separately.

Yes, It really helps to have any reference tracks or notes you've been using whilst mixing. Streaky will be able to listen to these before and during mastering to understand the exact loudness and feel you're going for.

We deliver track back as either 44.1k 24bit or 48k 24bit depending on the format you send the files.
